The perfectly matched off the shoulders top has a little peek a boo slit in the front and the prim sleeves give a touch of fantasy to the whole look. All skirt pieces have a 'twist' feature which allows them to sway creating flowing dance feel! The skirts are all scripted to sit beautifully too! The stunning hat fits jauntily off to the side and fits most hair.
