As a RL masquerader, Chigadee London of Couture Chapeau has created some of the most realistic and original Showgirl costumes for Mardi Gras/Carnival.
Two new lines have been released; The Queen & King of Hearts (we haven't forgotten the men) and the Papillon series with spectacular sculpted butterflies and fan feathers.
